Welcome to Bikram Yoga Tel Aviv - we're so glad you're here.
Every class is designed for all level and abitlities, including complete beginners.
What to expect
Each class runs for 90 minutes in a heated room, following the Bikram sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. The temperature (around 40°C with 40% humidity) helps you stretch safely, move deeply, and release tension.
What to bring

A yoga mat

A large towel
-
A water bottle
(You can also hire a mat and a towel from the studio)
What to wear
Light, breathable clothing that allows full movement.
Avoid heavy fabrics or restrictive gear.
Before class

Arrive 20 minutes early for your first class.

Refrain from eating 2–3 hours beforehand.

Hydrate well throughout the day.
During class

Just breath

Drink when you need to

Lie down when you need to

Leave the room if you have to
After class

Rehydrate and replenish electrolytes.

Expect to feel lighter, clearer, energized and relaxed.

Consistency is key — your body adapts quickly to the heat and rhythm.
