"I have been practicing Bikram Yoga for 8 months regularly and couldn’t be more excited about the transformation it has done in my life. Since I’ve started I‘ve sweated away 10 kilos without a diet. I actually eat more because of all the calories I burn in yoga. My body’s metabolism has shot up and my flexibility has increased. I can see definition in muscles I never even knew I had. Besides strength and flexibility, Bikram Yoga has brought a great amount of focus, confidence and love into my life. In general, I have more energy, feel more relaxed and happy. Bikram has also promoted healthy eating choices and helped me stop smoking. After you put your heart and soul into a 90 minute class, you definitely don’t want a hamburger or a cigarette. On top of all this I have finally learned how to breathe. Breathing is the essence of life; it is the body’s connection to the soul. Bikram Yoga is my daily medicine and my diet for life."
